- Walking is good for spinal pain. If walking causes spinal pain please get your feet and shoes looked at.
- Patients with weak feet need to consider strengthening exercises, better footwear and as a last resort orthotics / insoles.

PS he has not mentioned high heels…. Very controversial. Occasionally a low or moderate heel can help certain foot presentations like achilles problems. High heels often cause foot issues later on in life.
