We provide a personalised approach, using a combination of hands-on treatments, education, advice and exercises to restore healthy movement patterns and optimise posture.
Chiropractors are primary healthcare professionals and can see you without a referral.

What To Expect
Your first visit:
During this appointment, your Chiropractor will do a full assessment, including taking a health history and performing a physical examination. Sometimes you will be referred for X-rays, MRI scans or blood tests. This may be helpful for your Chiropractor to be able to make the most precise diagnosis.
Thereafter your Chiropractor will explain what is wrong, and what can be done to help get you better but more importantly keep you better too. We call this your treatment plan. We usually start treatment during your first appointment with us.
We frequently work in conjunction with our on-site soft tissue therapists, as we find that a combined approach is often indicated, and leads to quicker, better results. Your Chiropractor will discuss this with you, if it is relevant to your individual care and treatment plan.
Following your first appointment, we will provide you with a written report, outlining your diagnosis and treatment plan. This will help you and your loved ones in understanding your condition and your recovery journey and will support you in taking an active role in getting better again.
