‘When I started care I had a very stiff, painful neck and shoulders. I have osteoarthritis in my neck and years of working at a desk has made my neck very painful and limited my movement.
The clinic was recommended by a family member.
The treatments have been so beneficial. The treatments have improved the pain, I think they will be ongoing to keep stiffness and pain at bay, so I will continue to see Ingrid for help and treatment on my neck.
I now have more movement in my neck and less pain than before treatment.
