Dr Aimee Nicholas

Chiropractor

Dr Nicholas loves treating patients of all ages and injury profiles. Her love and empathy for people and her desire to see them function at their best, is what drives her daily. She aims to help you to achieve your treatment goals – be it to be able to run that marathon you are working towards; to play with your kids; or to simply be able to sleep pain-free. Aimee fervently promotes the benefits of Chiropractic, and believes that it has the ability to better lives by instilling health through movement.

Dr Nicholas received distinction in her field for her research which delved into the neurophysiological effects of spinal manipulation. This research sparked a special interest in the co-functionality of the nervous and musculoskeletal systems of the human body, and forms the basis of the way she treats today. She is passionate about the effect of Chiropractic treatment on the healing of injury and optimisation of the body’s biomechanics. “The body has been equipped with countless mechanisms and properties to thrive at its optimum – sometimes it just needs a bit of direction.”

Aimee qualified with her Masters in Chiropractic and then practiced in South Africa before immigrating to the UK in 2022. She is now registered with the General Chiropractic Council (Reg No: 05378) and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association. She and her husband love the outdoors and look forward to exploring more of the countryside and coastline that the UK has to offer. In her spare time she enjoys running and trying her skill at cooking with flavours from various nationalities.
