We are open and are continuing to treat patients in clinic.

We have a range of safety protocols in place to help keep our patients and our team safe; and will be continuing to monitor advice from the government and the governing bodies relating to our therapies.

Before you arrive for your first appointment you will receive, via email, a COVID declaration form to tell you a bit more about these, and also for you to confirm you are not displaying any COVID symptoms and have not come into contact with someone who has contracted the virus. From your second appointment onwards, you will receive a text message two days before your appointment, asking you to contact the clinic if you or a close contact have COVID symptoms.

We ask that if you have driven to the clinic, you wait in your vehicle in our car park and your practitioner will collect you at the time of your appointment. If you do not have your own vehicle then we have a sheltered outdoor waiting area, to the side of the clinic.

When you come into the clinic for your appointment, you will have your temperature taken and be asked to wear a mask. Your practitioner will also be wearing PPE for your appointment. Any questions you have, or if you are mask exempt please do let us know.
